DETROIT – Strategic Staffing Solutions (S³), the Detroit-based information technology (IT) firm, has been ranked as one of Michigan’s top 10 diversity-owned businesses by DiversityBusiness.com. The award also distinguishes S3 as one of the leading woman-owned companies in the US.

DiversityBusiness.com, a national web-based resource portal for business communications, surveyed more than 1.3 million businesses in the US for its 13th annual business recognition. S³ was listed in three categories based on its revenue, employment numbers and growth rate.

For 2013, S³ ranked 9^th among the Top 50 Diversity Owned Businesses in Michigan, 30th among the Top 500 Women Owned Businesses in the US, and 91^st among the Top 500 Diversity Owned Businesses in the US. New office will service growth of major financial services customer

DETROIT – Strategic Staffing Solutions (S³) has opened a new office in West Des Moines, Iowa, to service the ongoing growth of one of its major financial services customers and to target growing staffing opportunities in the Midwest region.

The new office will be part of S³’s Midwest Market Group, which also includes Chicago, Minneapolis and St. Louis. It is the first time the company opened an office in Iowa. In the past S³ serviced this financial services customer remotely.

As a full service IT staffing company, S³ provides IT consulting, customized project solutions, vendor management programs and executive search service.

Strategic Staffing Solutions (S³), the Detroit-based global information technology services company, reported today earning $160 million in revenue for 2008, marking its 19th consecutive year of growth.
